Colonial House Supper Club: Your Destination for Exceptional Buffets, Burgers, and Seafood

We recently ate at the Colonial House and it was a great experience!! The salad bar is awesome and has a wide variety of foods and 2 soups to choose from. The seafood buffet looked great, but we did not get that to eat. The people in our party said the broasted chicken was great (and only $15!!), my haddock was delicious, and my husband's steak was phenomenal. The twice baked potatoes have bell peppers in them, so that threw us off a little bit. The bar give supper club vibes and the service was great! I would highly recommend eating at the Colonial House!

Went for the Saturday buffet, food was hot and refilled often. I really enjoyed the prime rib and crab legs. The baby red potatoes were cooked perfectly and so was the salmon in dill sauce. Our party of six would definitely return another night. Also had three Brandy Old Fashioneds at the bar, which were quite good. Bartenders and wait staff were friendly too.

The Friday night seafood buffet was very good. The shrimp and haddock were my favorite and they took our large group of 12 and accommodated us with a late reservation.

My Ribeye steak was done to perfection and it was juicy and tender and tasted sooo good! Our waitress was fun and friendly. Will definitely be going back!

Service on point. Fast and attentive. Great selection on the buffet, none of those "filler" items that just sit there that nobody eats. Great atmosphere, bring the family or have a party. Will definitely come back.

Hadn’t been to the Colonial House since the ’80s — honestly, I had forgotten about it! But after seeing a few posts on social media, I thought, why not give it a try? So glad we did — what a great experience! We went for the Saturday night seafood buffet and were really impressed. It’s a hidden gem tucked away in the countryside and offers great value. We had reservations, and the timing was perfect. Arrived about 30 minutes early to enjoy a drink, and bartender Nathan was welcoming and friendly. Our server, Alyssa, was absolutely fabulous — attentive, warm, and efficient. The buffet had something for everyone, and we all agreed it was well worth it. But beyond the food, the whole evening exceeded our expectations. Between the hospitality, atmosphere, and overall value, we’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be requesting Alyssa again!

This place is by far the best Saturday night buffet in the area. Lobster claws, shrimp, large crab legs, prime rib baked fish chicken amd more. 20 foot desert table. Just amazing

AWESOME!!!. Never had buffet that good. They know how to cook food to perfection. Delicious steak, fat shrimp, tasty ribs, awesome walleye, fresh salad bar with great toppings (like blue cheese)… Friendly, attentive waitress. My husband & I came from out of town & will definitely come back to Colonial House. Worth the two hour trip!
